Circular Economy in East Africa

Green City Cluster Meeting – June 2, 2026

Swedish East African Chamber of Commerce and IVL Svenska Miljöinstitutet invite you to a Green City Cluster Meeting focused on the growing circular economy in East Africa, with case studies from Kenya and Uganda.

The session will explore opportunities and challenges within waste management, recycling, water treatment, sanitation, and sustainable urban development — areas where Swedish expertise and partnerships can play an important role.

The event is open to both SWEACC members and non-members and will be held as a hybrid meeting (onsite + online via Teams).
